For a farm or hatchery, health claims need an operator, site, life stage, responsible professional or authority, and time boundary. “Healthy fish” is not a sufficient record on its own.
A buyer can ask whether the published evidence covers broodstock, hatchery, nursery, grow-out, or processing, and whether it describes a current programme, a research capability, or a historical report.

- Biosecurity, monitoring, diagnostic, or vaccination scope.
- Responsible operator, veterinary, research, or regulatory source.
- Observation date and the conditions under which the claim was made.
Research capability is not a farm-health outcome.
